These bars are made from the highest quality heirloom ‘Nacional’ variety cacao imported directly from independent organic farmers in Puerto Quito and Esmeraldas, Ecuador. There are only two ingredients: organically grown ‘Nacional’ cacao, and organic cane sugar. The result is a smooth chocolate bar with complex fruity flavors and earthy flavors and an absence of any bitterness or astringency.
