In-Person or Virtual Chocolate Tastings

An interactive chocolate tasting is the perfect group activity for any organization. These usually are ~1hr, and can run as long as you like and are fully customizeable. The standard introductory tasting includes 10 tasting pieces & traditional preparation of drinking chocolate for the interactive portion, and 5 full size bars to take home and enjoy at your leisure.

So far, in-person tastings have covered the botanical and natural history of the cacao tree, the cultural importance of cacao, the social and economic aspects of cacao cultivation, and the molecular and neurological basis of how we perceive flavor. The tasting portion includes different cacao and chocolate products that interact with our taste and aroma senses in a range of interesting ways.

Please allow at least 14 days advance scheduling. In-person tastings are currently not available during the month of December.

Minimum of 8 people.
