GIANT Sweet & Blood Orange

A GIANT version of our 75% dark chocolate + orange bar! This larger version is a blank canvas for all of the incredible colors and shapes of sliced oranges. Many slices were just too beautiful to break into pieces for the regular size bar, so I started making these larger ones to feature the exceptional diversity of orange colors and shapes. While all Sueños dark chocolate bars are handmade and vary slightly, this bar has the most aesthetic diversity of anything I make.

Dried, unsweetened California oranges and blood oranges both add a bright citrus burst to our 75% dark chocolate bar. This bright combination is the perfect color and flavor for a cool weather day. Perfect as a unique, beautiful and delicious gift. The back of this bar is also scored into 9 sections, so it is also wonderful on a charcuterie platter, to enjoy a piece (or many) with an afternoon tea, and an after-dinner palate cleanser.
