The intense taste of Nacional cacao and organic cane sugar in these bars is enhanced by the texture and deep flavor of hand-roasted cacao nibs. Nibs are crushed roasted cacao beans, and add a delightful texture contrast and an extra burst of chocolate-y flavor. These nibs are hand-roasted in small batches for a perfectly balanced flavor.
