This bar features our deliciously smooth 75% dark bar with a collection of bright and sunny edible flower petals and seeds. The petals lend a light and subtle floral flavor that compliments the fruity notes in heirloom cacao. The butterfly pea petals were grown with love next to the cacao trees at Sueños, dried, and hand carried back, and all other floral ingredients are from organic suppliers.

INGREDIENTS • 'Nacional' variety heirloom cacao, organic cane sugar, Sueños own dried butterfly pea petals, poppy seeds, rose, hibiscus, safflower and calendula petals (all flower seeds and petals are certified organic)

TASTING NOTES • Chocolates made from heirloom 'Nacional' varieties of cacao are defined by exceptional flavor, floral notes, honey finish and lack of bitterness.
